Casa Mia — Restaurant in Albertville

Went in for dinner, there was a youngish French waiter with curly blonde hair. He was very rude/unhelpful and made a point of saying, “no you can’t have penne Gorgonzola, do you see that on the menu?” Then before I could say anything else he said “I’ll come back later”. As I walked out he began to shout at me saying “this is a really hard job and I’m very busy”, which I found surprising because there were only 4 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. My wife was in hospital with a broken arm, and I was on my own with two kids so being shouted at by a waiter when I had come to in to buy dinner for three added insult to injury,...

Pre-booked a table for 19:00 and arrived at 18:55 to see all the staff sat around having a meal. We said we had a table booked and a man without hair grunted and sighed at us before reluctantly getting out of his chair. My wife and I looked at each other and made a quick exit. If that is the level of service before you sit down then who knows what the food will be like. I appreciate staff need to eat but they opened at 18:30 so should be ready to accommodate guests from that time. Honnêtement l’un des pires restaurants que j’ai connu. Je commande une pizza quatre saisons (j’en suis sûr et certain, le serveur m’a même corrigé en distant quattro stagioni). Quelques minutes plus tard il revient avec une pizza quatre fromage, suite à quoi je réponds qu’il y’a erreur et il remet ma parole en doute !! Il revient avec un ticket de caisse, de commande ou que sais-je et me le montre mais c’est absolument scandaleux, c’est du jamais vu, le serveur dit à un client qu’il ment vis à vis de sa commande??? Il revient après littéralement 3 minutes avec la même pizza 4 fromages recouverte de champignons et de jambon cru pour me faire croire que c’est une quatre saisons alors que je peux encore goûter le gorgonzola de la première pizza... De manière plus générale, les portions ne sont pas tres généreuses, le personnel est froid et les pizzas sont beaucoup trop mouillées et assez fades, j’en garde un très mauvais souvenir.
