I recently had the pleasure of dining at the best French restaurant I've ever been to, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

To start, I had the scallops, perfectly seared and bathed in an incredible sauce that was both rich and delicate, complementing the natural sweetness of the scallops beautifully. For the main course, I opted for the venison Wellington, which was nothing short of a revelation. The pastry was golden and flaky, the venison tender and flavorful, and the accompanying jus elevated the dish to a whole new level.

The wine selection was impeccable, and the red wine the owner chose paired so well with the meal that it felt like it was crafted just for the occasion. Every sip was full-bodied and smooth, enhancing the flavors of both the starter and the main course.

Beyond the food, the service was exemplary. The owner was warm and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest. The staff were attentive and professional, ensuring every detail was perfect.

Wow! We had an amazing meal here, the restaurant has perfect atmosphere, everything from decor to lighting and music. The food was incredible very well thought out and cooked in a way that makes the taste buds go crazy. Each dish takes you on a journey. Everything was so so tasty. We already want to come back. Definitely recommend if staying in Méribel-Mottaret or the 3 valleys area, you will not be disappointed! I was very skeptical when I saw the 5 star reviews, but I’m happy to report they are genuinely worth each one. The team were on top form, service and food were excellent. We asked the chef to come and speak to us because his dishes were so good. The venison wellington was a thing of genius.
