La brasserie des pistes — Restaurant in Albertville

Lovely place with authentic looking architecture just up from the huge cable car to La Plagne. We have been to this place a couple of times a year for the last few years and it is always good. The food is excellent and the prices considering your in a ski resort on the mountain only a little more than some of the big eateries so very reasonable. I had a superb tartyflette. The service is excellent and attentive as when skiing you don't want to spend all day eating lunch. The music is generally modern French but tasteful, the views from the terrace down the valley are nice. You can sit inside or out. The toilets are clean. I would imagine booking would be essential in the high season.
