Family business & authentic local cuisine 👍 I went classic here - a beef steak in green pepper sauce + pommes dauphinoise, together with house red. The winner was clearly potato grain, really well balanced in taste and with perfect potato consistence, not over or undercooked. Also, espresso after the whole experience was a spot on.

Unfortunately the beef wasn't as great as expected. It was medium as I asked, but with no salt added to it, I was left with a table salt of the lowest quality (cause they didn't have any other), so even the quite good pepper sauce wasn't enough to save the steak. Too bad cause the meat quality was fine! It wouldn't maybe be a big deal (since also the vegetable garniture was a good accompaniment, good produce and well cooked) if the house wine was happening, but unfortunately it wasn't. Very thin and with no definition really. It was only one available for glass and only thing I could know beforehand was that "it's red". Wine selection in menu looks promising, but nevertheless house wine shouldn't be dissapointing if it's the only choice for a glass.

Otherwise, atmosphere, service and vibe in general was very good. You really feel cozy and well...

Good food and service, been trying for weeks to get in but every time we rock up hoping to get 2 places we're politely turned away and told to book. But tonight we got lucky! As expected fabulous service and great food. Restaurant had a good buzz as was full on a Thursday, staff were attentive and aware. Food was excellent although didn't have a special as had to travel next day. Already looking forward...

Amazing! From service to food. We took the funicular to come down and where worried we wouldn’t make it back up in time, so they prioritised all of our food and made sure we could take the last train home 🥺 The food was incredible, the prices were great for the quality and the service was really sweet! Will definitely come back if we ever come...
