From the presentation, pacing, open-kitchen design, intimate five-table-seating area, multi-sensory (smell, sound, taste, and even the sourcing of every material including the cutlery and table legs), and of course to the food, this place was absolutely stunning. They were highly accommodating of a vegan diet for one party member, and the flavors were so multilayered and still complementary. We had the “La Dent du Villard 2285” 5 courses, but with the amuse bouches and palate cleansers/in between dishes, it was the perfect amount of food. Special mention to the “Alpine Yellow Fairy” gentian sorbet with chlorophyll and kumquat, the “Blond Peas” ravioli and mustard mesculun with horseradish loin, and the “Honey ‘Laitier’” dessert from the dessert menu.
