Solid, affordable restaurant in Courchevel 1650, now renamed La Table de Charlie (recent change in ownership). Very much enjoyed the lamb and pasta with an abundance of scallops, which our kids enjoyed too. Good value overall. Lots of pizza on the menu but we had too much pizza elsewhere so didn't try it here. Amazing speculos dessert - ask for it if it's not on the menu. We couldn't stop raving about that dessert for the rest of the week! Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. Ordered a kind of meat assortment (beef, duck and chicken) for 2 people (€35 per person) and it came out to be just sliced pieces of raw meat. You are given with an iron bell to cook the meat by yourself. Firstly, on the menu it didn't mention it would be serviced raw. Secondly the bell was hard to cook on, as we had to put meat against the gravity! Could have been much better if the hot plate was given instead. Staffs were absolutely clueless on what they are serving, as they failed to explain dishes when we asked what's in there or answer our questions on menu. The most furious dinner...

I had burrata with green and purple tomatoes with a light dressing, and then my wife and I shared a fondue with ceps. All washed down with a bottle of Sancere. Given the location the prices were very reasonable. All in all 10 out of 10, well...
