Mamma Mia courchevel — Restaurant in Albertville

Everything was going well until we made our main course order... The waitress came to us with the wrong main, she told me with a passive agressive tone that I made a mistake. When I told her she did, she went to see the boss that asked me if I made a mistake or if the waitress did, I said she did make a mistake and I don’t care in the end I just want my Milanese. He proceeded to shout at me from the other side of the room, that I was wrong and I should be grateful he decided to grant my wish... I insisted that my order was always the Milanese... Then later on he came with my main finally with a little sweet voice and a fake smile... I will never go to this place again. It was the worse service...

We have eaten here twice now during our stay in Courchevel and was looked after by Arlette on both occasions, she was 5 star in accommodating us and can’t sing her praises enough.

Sachet si vous avez une tête d'étrangers ou tout simplement si vous êtes noir, vous allez pas être bien accueilli comme il faut par les serveuses. Aujourd'hui le 30 mars 2025 précisément à 21h15 on est arrivé au restaurant, bien sûr sans un bonsoir de la part du serveuse(la patron nous a bien accueilli en disant bonsoir mais il était occupé il a passé à côté, Je demande à la jeune serveuse avec le piercing s'il y en a une table de 2, elle me sort "not now" pourtant deux table libre. On a vu comment elle voulait pas nous laisser entrer. On répond toujours en français en disant dans combien de minutes svp? Elle n'attendait pas qu'on parle français aussi ensuite elle me répond venez dans 20 minutes mais le restaurant ferme à 22h. Et pourtant sur la porte du restaurant c'est clairement écrit qu'il ferme à 22h30. En 2025 les gens racistes existe toujours. Si vous pouvez pas accueillir les étrangers écrivez sur la porte ''que pour les gens à la peau blanche. Et sachez que la serveuse nous a convaincus indirectement qu'elle peut pas nous accueillir dans cette restaurant. C'est dommage on avait aimer la carte le patron nous a accueilli mais tranquillement la serveuse nous a renvoyé. Merci à la Table de Charlie restaurant à côté de Mama Mia qui nous a bien accueilli et on était...
