We came to eat here for my birthday and to be honest... this was not the birthday dinner I had imagined, probably even expected too much. We finished our dinner in another restaurant at the end of the day...
We reserved some hours before our time and the waitress (maybe because we are not French, but we did clearly say our information ect) did not understand us and asked the same question over and over. When we arrived in the evening, the restaurant was really nicely decorated and the music, a yes for me! As an Harry Styles fan I loved hearing his music coming back, though I can understand if people come to eat here and don't like him; hearing him over and over again could be getting tiring. Especially when the music didn't exactly feel like background music. But personally, I did like it. With 4 people, we had to sit in the corner between two windows. Firstly next to the only people in the restaurant, but by asking we could move ourselves to a "better table". We chose our food, the waitress came to write down and only then did they tell us that all of our choices were not available. Why not write it down on a board and cross it out? Had to wait half an hour until we could give our new choices. Then they were decorating the tables with valentine while it was 7pm, with customers eating and the place was open since 11 am? The suggestion board was also directed only to the people on the street, but we couldn't see it and the place had reached full capacity if you didn't reserve. Shouldn't we see the suggestions? Also weird to then try to attract more people. (about this later more...) When we got our food, it was small. Very small. No cheese for pasta?! We had to ask for it! The presentation was not quite good, and my mom didn't find any chicken in her pasta that was clearly named POLLO with some vegetables... that were only two to three peas... The pasta itself was not that well cooked (tasted like some 5 minute Knorr pasta). The pizza was so floppy everything could fell off immediately and did taste like Pizzahut which my father absolutely dislikes. My brother got a 500gr lasagna which was definitely not 500gr (like they promised us) but around the 300gr and the one from Aldi tasted much better, was his comment. I also cannot forget the amount of times customers were sent away because the capacity of the restaurant was reached (there was a whole open space left?) and then another waitress ran after them to get them back to let them sit at a quickly added higher table and chairs. Professional? After all this mess, we tried to give our feedback/review to the waitress while we payed, and she denied everything by saying "all our products are fresh. we know what we are doing, we have other establishments in spain and italy" Sorry, but because of this experience and answer, I don't really like to even try it in those countries would I visit.
Because we did not have a very nice experience, we went to eat somewhere else and only then we did have a feeling we had eaten a dinner. For half the price we paid at this "Italian" restaurant... (and the prices were not expensive but for the amount of food you get I would suggest otherwise...) So one star for music, interior and the politeness of the waitresses until the last one... I do hope you will accept this feedback and not deny it, learn from it and not think because you are Italian you know what...
Je l'attendai moi, We Love Italy.

Bonne continuation...
