Ordered the 8 service course which was good but not amazing. The set course was slightly overpriced for a 1-star restaurant, but you really are paying for the view, which was well worth it
Service was clearly lacking : waiters never came to ask for a follow-up drink after our first one. In the 25-minute gaps between courses, no follow-ups or check-ins to see if we wanted anything. I refilled my own glass of water and asked for a new bottle after a while because none of the 5 waiters were going to. Then, my wife had to go ask for the bill 20 yawning minutes after our last course was served and our table was cleaned up. What builds up is a feeling that the waiters were there to bring and remove plates, not to make sure you had everything you needed : a cumulation of small mishaps that really ruins the experience a restaurant like this aspires to offer
Note: I know it's nit-picky to complain about small things like this that other restaurants aren't expected to do, but this is a michelin star restaurant (at the time of writing this), and there is a certain service etiquette. When you get to charge customers 140 euros for a tasting menu, the bar should rightly be higher and you should offer a correspondingly better service. Read moreService is not flowing we received our appetisers before our wine 2 sets of then 1hour and 40 minutes before our entrees arrived I asked the staff to speed up our next 2 courses loosing our appetites by waiting too long .t The portions are very small and the bread is served with no butter this is france Mon Dieux and had t to ask for some and seems to be a bother when I did Trying too hard with flavours that overpowered all of the dishes .The presentation was good but all of food was cold , the dessert was the highlight wait staff take themselves a bit too serious for my liking the atmosphere is cold and boring I don't get it they have held 1 michelin ☆since I think 2011 the inspectors from the famous guide needs to reasest this situation no need for the management to reply on my comments but 10 out of 10 for the welcome and service at the hotel reception Regards .PS I don't enjoy doing this at all but hopefully it will shake up a few members...

We called to book a table for 8 person and was told there were no large tables. I suggested to break up the group into 2 small tables and asked that the groups be placed near each other if possible. To which the service staff replied that they cannot do anything or guarantee and I might want to make the booking online by myself.
Upon asking that the booking be taken down since we were already were on the phone, it turns out T-1 day of booking I received a call which informed me my booking was made for one day earlier than intended and there is now no more seating for us at all.
We now have a terrible impression of this restaurant and very disappointed at the failed plans as now it is also too late to make alternate plans for...
