While staying in France, my husband and two children had the opportunity to visit several restaurants that were truly excellent in terms of food, service, and atmosphere.Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about this restaurant. We sat in the garden, where no one was. A lady/lady started serving us and was unpleasant from the start. Either she doesn't understand English, or she didn't want to understand. The two older children each had a pizza, saying that I would just taste some of theirs. So the order was two pizzas and 3 plates. She told us that whoever doesn't eat anything will pay 5 euros because we are taking up someone else's place in the restaurant. (no one else was there) I ate half of my son's pizza. The edges of the pizza were burnt, but that's how it is sometimes. Unfortunately, I can't rate the taste because the person in question ruined the atmosphere for us. My husband had a beer and asked if it was enough for him to sit there with us. She said it was ok. . But when paying, she wanted an extra 10 euros because my husband didn't eat anything and neither did I. She even lied when my husband called and said that she said the beer was ok.I was very angry 😡 I took a picture of the empty restaurant. And left. The owner, her boyfriend, probably ran up to me right away, saying that I had offended her! He doesn't understand English, so how did I offend her? I don't know English, French.I found out that the gentleman is nice, solid. And he just listens to his mistress 🙄
So in conclusion, for me this restaurant is the absolute worst in terms of the behavior of the person in question and the fee for just having a drink. They just take the money from you whether you want it or not. For me, absolutely unacceptable behavior and a disgrace to...
Read moreWe stumbled upon Les Moustaches de Zebulon during our visit to Annecy and we were pleasantly surprised. This cozy little pizza restaurant is a bit of a walk from the touristy areas, but if you're a pizza lover, it's definitely worth the trip.
We ordered pizzas and a salad and everything was fresh, crispy, and delicious. The toppings were generous and the crust was perfectly cooked. The salad was a great complement to the pizzas and had a nice mix of greens and veggies.
The staff at Les Moustaches de Zebulon were friendly, which added to the cozy atmosphere of the place. I loved that we got to stretch our legs and explore a bit more of Annecy outside of the touristy areas.
Overall, I highly recommend Les Moustaches de Zebulon for anyone looking for a tasty and cozy pizza restaurant in Annecy. The prices were reasonable and the quality of the food was excellent. I would definitely come back to try...
Read moreThe Zebulon pizza at Zebulon is incredible—like a slice of Italy in Annecy. The crust is perfect, the toppings fresh, and I always ask them to add gorgonzola—trust me, it’s a game-changer!
As a former pizza shop owner in Italy, I’ve tried every pizza in Annecy, and Zebulon is the only one that truly nails authentic Italian flavor. The lady who served us was super friendly too. If you’re in town,...
