McDonald's — Restaurant in Antony

I don't usually comment on a restaurant esp when my 5 year old loves but this particular McDonalds restaurant really deserves a feedback considering the brand is at stake. This restaurant has issues with safety, cleanliness and hygiene. We went last March 24, 2019 and It wasn't a good experience for us! :(

The restaurant was filthy and smelly. Its like eating near a dumpster as you can smell the trash in which I don't know where it came from. I lost my appetite. There were lots of empty glasses/cups at the top of the bin where you put the empty trays.

We we're seated on the second floor near the stairs and the seat was shaky!

3.The store itself was dark. The floor/stairs are colored dark brown it's ok if they have placed a warning/ safety stickers or signs on the steps but there was none so while we we're seated there we saw some accidents and counted them like 4x. Usually customers drinks were spilled on the floor. It took time for the staff to clean it so it was wet and slippery. Very concerning as it is near the stairs where people/ kids pass by!

Above all the toilets were DISGUSTING! It's located on the 3rd floor of the restaurant. I understand there's little space so when you open the toilet cubicle in front of the toilet bowl is the bin and it's overflowing!!! So when you pee your face is in front of the bin which needs to be emptied and cleaned! There was no toilet paper in sight nor a handwash soap!!! Luckily I always bring a hand...

The restaurant tables and the floor are disgustingly dirty. I haven't dared to watch the toilets, not to mention the kitchen.The food is mostly lukewarm and most of the time not all items ordered are ready to take immediately. Preparation of missing items incredibly slow up to 15 minutes! Miserable supply chain as very often items aren't available. In peak times endless waiting lines due to incompetence and chronic disorganization. Discrimination of foreigners as foreign credit cards aren't accepted at self service stations ! For me, this is one of the worst Mc Do I've ever been worldwide, only topped by the one at Place de Clichy in Paris! In one phrase: This...

1/Nous avons attendus 15 mn pour 2 menus, il n'y avait personne en attente devant nous juste une ou deux personnes 2/nous avons rcommandés un coca sans sucre et un coca normal, il n'y avait pas de repère sur le verre pour les différencier, je demande quel est le verre de coca sans sucre. La réponse et bien il faut goûter.!!!!! Ma réponse fut ...c'est une blague ?la responsable me réponds ce n'est pas grave il s'agit d'une débutante ça fait que 3 jours qu'elle débute, l'erreur est humaine. Je me suis fait presque engueuler car j.avais tord sur ma remarque En fait ce n'est pas la faute de la débutante pas très intelligente'', désolé mais la faute des responsables qui ne l'ont pas formée. 3/ les frites froides puisqu' elles attendaient sur le plateau avec la glace qui fondait en attendant le hamburger. 4/ oublie les cacahuètes sur les 2 sundae, si il y a une rupture de stock on prévient a minima le client...plus un oubli je pense. 5/ le sol en salle au premier étage n'est pas propre., il y a des aliments par terre dans les recoins et sous les chaises; 7/le dépose plateau est sale 8/aucun chevalier a côté des écrans de commande, il faut demander comment il faut valider la commande. 9/le port des la tenues d' hygiène du cuisinier laisse a désirer, il porte une charlotte à la place du masque ....no comment.

Conclusion : établissement est mal tenu, il y a de quoi se poser des questions en coulisses.... Je ne reviendrai certainement pas. A éviter Visite du 27...
