L'ESCANDIHADO — Restaurant in Apt

Stopped in on the way to an art opening in town. Ordered the margarita pizza and it had to the worst I ever had. No sign of mozzarella cheese or tomatoes and certainly no basil. All it was was canned tomato paste, a mysterious cheese on top and it was covered in a ton of herbes de provence spice. The spice over powered any other flavor and if you ask me that spice doesn't even work with pizza. The table next to me had 3 different pizzas but from what I could see the same basic pizza I ordered was the base of all the pizzas and they just added toppings. Les pizzas sont bonnes mais le service est catastrophique, nous avons pris 4 pizzas à emporter et la personne à l'accueil nous a presque refusé la commande. Il y avait 4 personnes dans le restaurant + une grande table à venir donc elle ne savait pas si le cuisinier pouvait assurer les pizzas. Nous lui avons gentiment dit que nous n'étions pas pressé. Elle nous a demandé quelles pizzas nous prenions et a dit " ouh la la, en plus ce sont des pizzas compliquées". A ce moment là, nous ne savions toujours pas si nous pouvions commander des pizzas alors que le restaurant était ouvert et peu rempli. Elle a finalement cédé et les pizzas étaient prêtes en 25mn. Comportement déplorable et décevant, il n'est pas possible de traiter la clientèle comme ça, ça fait fuir les gens. Je ne sais pas si nous...

Die beste Pizza die ich seit langem gegessen habe. Der Belag war von hoher Qualität (hier Fungi und Schinken) und gleichmäßig verteilt, kann man aber auch erwarten bei dem Preis. Was mich zu den 5 Sternen verleitet hat (mehr gab es nicht) ist der Teig und dessen Zubereitung. Die Pizza war „a emporter“, also zum Mitnehmen. Boden und Rand waren auch nach 15 min im der Pappschachtel knusprig und lecker. Was uns vor allem begeistert hat war das perfekte Maß an , ich nenne es mal „Verbranntheit“, dees Bodens, die dafür sorgt, dass nix matschig ist und ein Hauch Bitterniss im Spiel ist. Eine Pizza wie diese hatte ich mal in New York in einem Laden der genau diese Attribute bewarb, die hat allerdings $30 gekostet, und war...
