What an amazing spot to come and have some delicious oysters. Even though we came here end of July (which is traditionally not an oyster month) the oysters were great. Très jolie découverte au bout de la jetée du port ostréiculteurs de la teste de buch La kabane 171 familiale en cette fin de journée l'ostreiculteur était toujours au travail. Notre table au bord de l'eau était juste délimitée par des tuiles. Cela donne un décoration vraiment particulière et très jolie. Une dégustation d'une assiette d'huitres, elles étaient delicieuses pas laiteuse car affinées dans en bassin à côté de la kabane, merci au serveur pour l'explication que nous avons apprécié. Une chose importante le beurre était demi-sel 😍. Un petit blanc et rosé de Bordeaux ont accompagné cette dégustation. Un regret ne pas avoir goué le pâté au piment car nos voisin se regalaient. Stavo per sbagliare andando in un’altra cabane finché il mio istinto ha seguito bene i consigli di andare fino in fondo al Molo ed è esattamente quello che cercavo un posto tranquillo e non fighetto, ma dove si mangiava bene e qui ho mangiato le migliori ostriche fino ad ora provate a un prezzo molto onesto e ho anche fatto il bis! Originali anche le tegole usate come parabordo per separare i tavoli dal acqua, posto “spartano” ma di qualità! Dal produttore al consumatore!...
