So L'oasis - Lourdes — Restaurant in Argelès-Gazost

I’ve visited this restaurant three times this week, but after my latest experience, I’ll never return. I ordered a chicken burger with tenders and politely asked the server to cut the burger in half when he brought it out. Instead of accommodating my simple request, he rudely snapped, “You should have told me before.” He then got the burger cut, but proceeded to toss the tray onto our table with a complete lack of respect.

I stopped in here to get out of a heavy rainstorm on my way back to my hotel and grabbed something to eat. The service was friendly and quick, and the food was tasty, well-cooked, not overloaded with sauce, and the spice level was perfect and authentic. EXTREMEMENT DEÇU !!!

J'AI ÉTÉ MALADE toute la soirée après avoir mangé ici, avec des violentes douleurs d'estomac, des nausées, envie de vomir, et des gaz....

J'ai l'habitude de manger des kebab, tacos, assiette kebab dans des restaurants différents...

Mais alors là, c'est la 1 ère fois que je tombe sur un restaurant déplorable.

L'hygiène n'est pas du tout, des mouches partout dans le restaurant qui viennent sur votre repas pendant qu'on mange.

De plus, l'accueil et la relation clientèle est à revoir. La personne qui nous a reçu ( monsieur avec des lunettes, d'une cinquantaine d'année) est froid, distant, à la limite de l'agressivité quand il vous parle. C'est comme si on le dérangeait.

Enfin, pour la cuisine, les frites sont SURGELES ET INDUSTRIELLESS donc forcément elles sont sèchent, pas de goût...

Pour mon assiette kebab, la salade sans saveur, ça manquait de fraîcheur et beaucoup trop de sauce vinaigrette dans la salade au point que c'était écœurant. On ne sentait que la sauce dans la bouche.

Mon poulet curry était sec et fade avec beaucoup trop de sel. On se demande si c'est du fait maison ou du surgelé/ décongelé / réchauffé...
