Arles pizza — Restaurant in Arles

In May 2018 I came to visit Arles , I will never forget MOMO from "Arles pizza". He is the best in this part of town!! Located off a little square Place Doumer (place) in the Roquette quartier of Arles (most picturesque)I was walking by and decided to try one of his creme fraiche tartiflette pizza minus the potatoes. All baked in wood oven fire, with passion and Love. Mine came perfect with a thin crispy crunchy crust, with a woody smoky flavor, and all natural products on top, real cheese, lardons ( speck, pancetta), it was a delight to the eye and to my taste buds with the creme fraiche melting them, I was in Arles savoring a pizza made in heaven!!!. What else could be better? Momo is a great guy, very accommodating, within reasonable limits, with a huge broad smile and a passion for his trade. Pizza is good but not amazing. Huge choice of toppings and very good prices. They did not set the table with cutlery, had to ask for it. Knives they gave us were pizza cutters not really bfor eating. Place take cash only, does not serve alcohol. If u ask the owner, he can allow BYOB or to get drinks from next door. Server we had was completely clued out on all fronts. Amazing location, the owner needs to get his act together and up his game to make it as popular as pizza 22. Definite potential. Very popular...

Terrible service. I ordered 3 pizzas and was told to wait 25 minutes. After 30 minutes, they told me to wait another 10. Then again another 10. Meanwhile, at least five customers who came after me got their 2–3 pizza orders before mine. This place clearly has no respect for customers or order priority. Completely unprofessional. I will never come back.

Service catastrophique. J’ai commandé 3 pizzas, on m’a dit d’attendre 25 minutes. Après 30 minutes, on m’a redemandé d’attendre 10 minutes. Puis encore 10. Pendant ce temps, au moins cinq clients arrivés après moi ont reçu leurs commandes de 2 ou 3 pizzas avant moi. Aucun respect pour les clients ni pour l’ordre des commandes.
