Did not like the fact that you have to use valet parking, absolute no choice The parking is right in front but you must use valet Parking The place is open place on the river nicely decorated The name splash probably refer to the river, because the swiming pool is tiny like 3 bathtub But the place well decorated and nice to seat Staff are 5 stars friendly and good service Food are tasty, the huge barbecue place make the place make the place more lively Gave 4 stars due to compulsory valet parking Price is on the high side Worth going

I’m usually skeptical about these types of restaurants that belong to a chain and benefit from great marketing hypes with a well known chef. But I was really surprised about the quality in the food as well as the service at Splash. The decoration was well carried, I feel immersed into the snowland. Food was so good, especially my main dish (plat mijoté with gambas, scallops, mussels and sea bream) ❤️ A mini downside is the parking: obligation to take their voiturier service… (I took the lunch menu for 40 euros 💶)

On se croirait vraiment dans un chalet d’altitude au bord d’une piste de ski. Le décor est assez bluffant, l’ambiance est cosy. Il a 3 options pour les plats typiques d’hiver bien réconfortants (raclette/ fondue ou tartiflette) pour minimum 2 personnes pour 39,90€ par personne avec un dessert inclus. Nous avons opté pour la fondue au vacherin et gruyère (un seul choix de fromage imposé) les proportions sont adaptés (nous avons fini le poêlon). Vous pouvez également choisir à la carte d’autres plats moins riches et plus classiques. Pour la raclette je pensais qu’il s’agissait de la raclette traditionnelle avec les appareils à infrarouge et la demie meule mais en fait non, ils vous apportent un plat avec des pommes de terre et de la raclette dessus. C’est un peu dommage… J’ai apprécié le fait qu’ils ne pressent pas du tout le client (nous avons passé 2h30 sur place) vous pouvez prendre votre temps. Attendez vous a une addition assez élevées (environ 50€ par personne fondue/dessert et verre de vin) Par contre nous y sommes allés un jeudi soir et il y avait beaucoup de tables qui venaient pour des anniversaires et du coup ils augmentent le volume de la musique et les serveurs chantent ce qui casse un peu le date romantique… (15 anniversaires en une soirée). Personnel et serveurs sympathiques. Petite fausse note pour moi, proposer des mandarines a 12€ c’est un peu abusé…
