Really disgusting. I came at 11:45, saw a fairly nice patio in a small walkway and thought Ethik could be a nice lunch spot. There was basically no one sitting down so no reason for the kitchen to be in a rush. Nevertheless, I ordered a burger rare (saignant) and received a basically uncooked (bleu) burger. It was gross but I didn't have time to ask for the burger to be redone. I asked for some ketchup to at least mask the taste and watched my male waiter flirt with the other 2 waitresses for about 5 min until I had to ask him again for some ketchup because obviously he has forgot. One positive point, the waitress was kind and understood my frustration. I received a 15% remise. I presume I'll have light nausea all day but I'll certainly never be eating here...

J'étais déjà venu au Ethik Bistronomie auparavant et j'avais passé un moment génial. Terrasse non fumeur et brunch de qualité au rendez vous m'avez une équipe au petit soin,mais ça c'était AVANT.

Pour ce dimanche j'ai réservé SUR LEUR SITE OFFICIEL le créneau de 15h pour le brunch. Il proposait aussi des créneaux plus tardif tel que 15h45 et 15h30. Sur place sur la table on nous donne les menu Brunch . Puis on nous dis qu'on ne sert plus le brunch à partir de 15h. J'expose le fait que j'ai réserver le brunch pour 15h et qu'il existe d'autre créneau plus tardif sur LEUR SITE OFFICIEL. Et tout ce qu'on se qu'on me dit c'est " on fait plus c'est écrit là " en indiquant le menu sur la table. Nous prenons donc des plats. Une groupe de 4 personnes arrivent un peu plus tard et on leur sert le brunch ??? Donc vous pouvez comprendre que ça la fou mal tout de même. C'est nous même qui avons dû appeler un serveur pour lui demander pourquoi eux ils ont le droit alors que nous non ? Il réponds qu'ils ont réservés, ma sœur alors dit que nous aussi on a réservé et c'est seulement là que le manager nous dit qu'il y a eu un loupé. On aurait pas demandé on nous aurait juste laissé comme ça. Ils ont au final proposé de nous offrir des vienoiseries et un café pour ma mère. Mais honnêtement le mood n'y était pas .

la séparation fumeur non fumeur en terasse n'existe plus pour ceux qui se demanderait.
