The Alba pizza was one of the best my friend has eaten - perfectly cooked crust, light yet slightly crunchy, and nicely balanced flavours. Desserts: crème brulée and tiramisu were also good; I did find the tiramisu just a tad dry and without, my fav, a bit of liqueur; but the original recipe doesn't call for it, but it does add a bit of moisture and flavour.
