HORRIBLE service. Went for a quick coffee, ordered a small coffee and of course I was brought a large coffee for 4 euros instead of 2.50. Classic lets scam the tourist move. When the coffee was brought to me the older man started saying something in which I did not understand. I asked if he wanted me to pay and he started yelling to which then I figured maybe COVID pass? So he accepted my friends EU safe pass but didn't accept mine because it was in English from Canada. I told him this is how I came into the country it is not an issue. He proceeded to yell at me and tell me I can't sit to have my coffee because he cannot read English. Which all he needed to check was the dates (aka numbers.. not even read English). Awful service, because why care for the customer, right? They apparently don't serve proper food in the evening, which was not indicated in the menu and was not mentioned by the waiter, who took our order, but only brought back drinks. The manager was even worse than the waiter who simply ignored our request. The manager literally screamed at us - absolutely unacceptable - and then just left, shouting that he doesn't have time for us. Well, if you don't have the time to properly serve your customers and cater to their basic requests, maybe you shouldn't have any? Je viens appuyer l'avis de mon amie suite à notre venue lors du match France-Maroc. Non seulement j'avais appelé le matin même, mais à aucun moment je ne vous ai dit combien nous serions. La dame que j'ai eu au téléphone m'a dit que vous ne preniez pas de réservation et qu'il fallait venir tôt pour trouver une table. Je sais pour être une cliente de très longue date, que vous prenez les réservations, même en terrasse quand il fait beau on ne peut pas s'asseoir n'importe où... Bref vous avez refusé tout net une table bien placée car au départ nous n'étions que 2. Vous nous avez même dit qu'il fallait manger sinon on ne pourrait pas rester (ce qui était notre intention) ce qui n'est absolument pas commerçant. On pouvait juste boire un ou deux verres, vous ne pouvez pas nous le refuser, surtout que les bonnes places, soi-disant réservées, ne l'étaient pas du tout. Nous avons entendu les personnes que vous avez placées là où vous nous l'aviez refusé, alors que nous étions 5, elles étaient arrivées sans réservation. Ah oui.. ces personnes étaient des hommes et n'étaient que 3 ! Quant au repas, je suis désolée de vous dire qu'il m'en restait les 3/4 quand je suis partie, car oui c'était froid, tout autant que votre accueil.
