In response to the owner: I don’t mentioned bedroom in my review and yes you had a St honoré that night, or at least it Is what your waitress called it, all 4 of us had the same reaction when it came saying it wasn’t one.. unfortunately I had uploaded the pic with my review and for whatever reason it didn’t load all my pics and I deleted them right after. You can see the mussels on the picture so not sure why you say you didn’t have them. I gave you a 4 and you respond very negatively. I shouldn’t be surprised, French people are known for being rude and negative. Thank god we are not all like that. Too bad not all my pics uploaded. So nice not so friendly after all.

I put 4 because the staff is very friendly and the restaurant is big, nice size rooms and atypical for France. For the food I would put 3.

We ordered seafood platter for 3....the mussels from Spain were not eatable, even the owner said so, but the price was the same, and not a good balance between the seafood content. Lot of mussels, whelks, and other types of shells ones, but only one langoustine and one jumbo shrimp. At least there were a good amount of oysters.

I got a piece of beef and as usual in France when you say well done it comes burnt, the sides didn’t really have seasoning.

We also got the scallops in a shell and it was really really good and nice quantity. Their Mayo and aïoli were really good too.

The desserts were way too sweet, we ordered a Saint Honoré and it wasn’t a real one, they changed the recipe, so very disappointed.

The service takes a...

Fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. English menus are available which helps you select from the 4 different price ranges. I had 12 snails to start with which were presented in their own individual porcelain cells. These were steeped in garlic and parsley butter and covered with a toasted bread top. My main was veal kidneys with chanterelle mushrooms in a creamy sauce, with some quenelles of potato fondant and ratatouille and a small round of potato dauphinois. Extremely nice. Dessert was absolutely gorgeous. A combination of white chocolate mousse, a raspberry sorbet, passion fruit coulis and various fresh fruit. It looked and tasted beautiful. I must add that the restaurant was very busy and that there were only 3 waiters who kept their cool and served all their customers at high speed and...

We have eaten here before and were in the area so we decided to eat here again. We were not dissappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful, and had menu's in English to help our elderly dad. Although some dishes were a literal translation ! We found the food very good and well presented, and the choice on the cold buffet was excellent. The prices are comparable to other restaurants of this type and the decor is excellent and gives you the impression you are in the Provence, aided by the sun shining through the glass ceiling.

All in all a great experience and I would...
