NOT RECOMMENDED. Terrible experience. You get a feeling you are not welcomed and it’s for French customers only - no English menu, no English speaking stuff. Terrible service by guy in glasses with horrible attitude - not willing to help to pick up food or drinks at all. With help of Google translate we’ve ordered drinks, appetizers and main dishes. After 15 min we got main dish first - allegedly stake - but no one knows what cut was that. It was dry, and very overcooked. Waiter asked for drinks and appetizers ignored us couple times. Only when asked in French by friendly people from table next to us reacted and we got appetizers and at the end drinks couple minutes later. Food wasn’t even mediocre, it was simply bad, if that’s French cuisine, I don’t want eat it anymore. Seems like they lack salt in the kitchen as both duck and calamari were tasteless. Main dish - allegedly stake - overcooked, dry as MF basically not edible, when reported to the stuff they didn’t do anything about it so for sure it’s the last time here in this restaurant and this hotel. 2 stars for interior,...

2ème mauvaise expérience, nous avons voulu y retourner pour ne pas rester sur une note négative ... malheureusement rien n'a changé depuis la dernière fois ...

Tout d'abord nous demandons à être placé à l'intérieur car le temps était incertain, on voulait nous poser au comptoir du bar alors que le grand espace salon était vide ! Nous demandons les canapés et là on nous installe dans un coin et on nous laisse patienter, on nous oublie et quand un serveur passe par miracle dans le coin il prend enfin notre commande ( à moitié ) oublie de l'enregistrer et quand on lui demande les parfum de sirop il nous dit " attendez je vous appel un serveur " à croire qu'il devait être mécanicien ou plombier ... on attends encore et encore et là au moins 4 personnes différentes passent pour nous demander si on a pris notre commande, pour nous servir , tout ça pour 3 tapas et 2 verres ... nous voulions prendre un dessert mais nous y avons renoncé car l'attente était interminable ... même au moment de payer c'est compliqué , il faut aller dehors , après on nous renvoi dedans ... le personnel semble brasser du vent ou ne pas être ni formés ni organisé, ou même débordé ... Le jeudi soir semble être une soirée à thême bien animée et bien remplie mais étant les seuls client à l'intérieur on nous à oublié totalement .

Etant moi même responsable d'un magasin et offrant un service à la clientèle je n'accepterais jamais un tel bazzard dans mon commerce .

Certains membres du personnel sont toutefois agréable, mais le service en général ne reflête pas du tout le standing...
