Les Dames des Halles — Restaurant in Béziers

Authentic place run by women, right in front of Les Halles. Cuisine, service and vibes are all great. We went on a Sunday when many dishes weren't available, but the ones we tried were a hit: beef on a hot stone, fresh tuna the same way, burrata with fish egg assortment, fries made with beef fat, flan and chocolate cake. Don't expect decorated, minimalistic haute cuisine but instead go for honest food made with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. Wonderful service and reasonable prices. Amazing place to go for dinner with friends or family. The restaurant is located in a charming historical place, right next to the town market. It offers a carefully chosen selection of dishes for every taste, the service is friendly and attentive, and the deserts are to kill for.
