An amazing bike shop that is more experience than shop. I had a massage after 4 days of hard climbs and my legs felt like new. We had meals there which were made to an extremely high standard and great for fuelling cyclists. The staff were very helpful, and gave advice on hydration and some mechanical problems one of the group had. It's a great shop to browse the latest and greatest road, mtb and Ebikes, as well as all other types of gear. I crashed on the last day and they checked my bike at short notice and did an insurance report, which was so professional, and I had another massage to ease the pain!

The team was very helpful, my chain needed to be replaced and they did not have one in stock, they took one off a stock bike for me! This was done in a matter of 30 mins while enjoying a sandwich in their great shop! Space is beautiful and the staff are very friendly! Thank you!

Super nice cyclist themed bar/café/restaurant/shop. We had lunch here with friends and found drinks reasonably priced, the main particularly tasty and good value and if you still have room for dessert would call that slightly indulgent... but go on, treat yourself!

This is a cyclist’s heaven. Created and run by people who love cycling, right beside some of the iconic Tour de France climbs, Chez Octave has so much to offer. From bikes and maintenance to clothes and equipment, from coffee and lunch to places to shower and get changed, it is really cleverly and thoroughly set up. The people there are welcoming, and they know the area, on road and VTT, inside and out because they ride all the time. If you are in the area and riding or just dreaming about an ascent of the Tourmalet, make it a must to call in. I have been riding in different countries for 50 years, and it is far and away the best bike shop I have...
