Cafe de la Place — Restaurant in Bastia

We had just arrived in Bastia and after a long day of travels we were starving. The café looked alright so we went for it.

The waiter was very taciturn, said there was no menu to check, even though all other tables had some.

The burger I got was catastrophic, the wedges were mushy and probably heated in the microwave.

There are a lot of other lovely places in Bastia which we discovered the next day, but this was a very unpleasant start of...

We received an open, half empty drink. After kindly requesting another, the waiter simply said he opened it himself a few seconds ago. As we convinced him that clearly someone drank from it, he brought us another without even apologizing for the inconvenience....

Nous avons prit un petit déjeuner, le service était très bien et rapide, par contre la formule petit déjeuner n’était pas correcte. Aujourd’hui les clients veulent bien manger, les croissants, le pain et le jus d’orange étaient industriels. Quel dommage ! À la citadelle pour un plus petit budget, jus d’orange pressé et vrai croissants avec vue mer ! Vous auriez tout à gagner en offrant de bon produits et vous gagneriez du temps à ne pas décongeler...
