This is the best restaurant during our two week-holiday in Corsica. We visited this restaurant twice. We really enjoyed the haute cuisine Quentin Sanchez, the restaurant chef, created for us. Every dish is very creative and flavourful. The combinations of the ingredients were just perfect. The octopus was very tender. The level of the cuisine deserves at least one Michelin star. Christophe made the best bread we ever had. The dessert from him was also amazing. Guillaume offered us perfect wine pairing to our dishes. We really enjoyed our meal from the starter to the dessert. They just opened restaurant a few months ago. We are sure they will be famous and make their name in Bastia. We will definitely...

Masterfully crafted dishes. A perfectly balanced bite-sized explosions of taste. The menu often echoes Corsican classics and stays true to local ingredients, but here you can appreciate them anew in a different, surprising way. We had table for four, two adults with two little kids - and even with kids-related demands, the service was perfectly organized, smooth and cordial. I would also note that we were recommended a wine that suited our stated preference perfectly (mineral, almost salty, yet fresh and pleasantly acidic). This restaurant is the true fine dining, with heart and without the pretenses of their better known...

Nous avons pu profiter et manger sur la terrasse très agréable malgré que nous nous trouvions pas loin du boulevard nous n avons pas été genes par le bruit ... le menu proposé : 3 entrées au choix , 2 plats : 1 viande 1 poisson , 3 desserts arrivée très rapide de la première entrée : thon rouge crème de betteraves accompagnee du pain maison une tuerie ; place aux plats : viande pour mon compagnon et poisson pour moi; que dire ? Un délice :goûteux ,léger , mélange subtil et tout cela a continué avec le dessert ... un 20/20 du début à la fin ... service rapide sans se sentir pressés, ni oppressés et nous nous sommes régalés .Une excellente adresse à prix très correct : entrée /plat/dessert : 42 euros . plat/dessert:35 euros Ne pas hésiter... nous nous y retournerons...
