Le Conti - Bastia — Restaurant in Bastia

We went to Conti for our last dinner in Corsica and it was absolutely amazing. Impeccable staff of the restaurant switching from French, Italian to English, helpful and smiling, fast and attentive! One of best service people we saw work like an orchestra in our vacation... they obviously enjoy working together... and now the food... the selection primarily focuses on pizzas which are an absolute delight! I lived in Italy and I wouldn’t hesitate to say it’s one of top three pizzas I have ever had in my life... the dough is incredible and remains crunchy till the last bite, portions are huge and they do not save on the toppings... we tries sea food pizza and tartuffata and both were incredible! After several hours on ferry kids were hungry. Since there were 2 families we had to wait for tables. Wife and her friend had each a white pizza and she loved it, smallest children got kids menu. Mine salad was probably the best fruti the mare salad ever. OK, I usually don't order it but I was hot. All the tables are in shade, so it was kinda cooler...
