The name of this restaurant is an acronym, which means fall, winter, spring, and summer because the menu changes with the seasons. Last night, I enjoyed the 6-course tasting menu (62€) and each course was as delicious as it was beautiful. A combination of elegant and interesting dishes displayed evident expertise and thoughtfulness on behalf of both the chef and his charming wife (the sommelier) I don't even know how to begin lavishing enough praise upon this place other than to say I will be back again, and again, and again....
