I visited Jimba for lunch on Wed and I was so amazed that I came back Thu afternoon for an 'after hours" drink happening every Thu. The food is magnificent, everything prepared in the house, everything so fresh, so rich in taste. The Thai salad and the Cezar salad were so good! I wish I tried more of what was available. And the HOME MADE CHOCOLATE COOKIES ... INCREDIBLE! The best I have ever had. The chocolate melting in your mouth! With home made lemonade. The chef does know his job! Jimba is the place to be. With stunning views over the Bay of Txingudi, carefully prepared food, and high-quality dishes, it offers a unique dining experience. The service system is both clever and fun — truly original.

The menu features simple yet meticulously crafted dishes, with something for everyone: vegetarian, meat lovers, pasta fans, or seafood enthusiasts… everything is absolutely delicious.

Nous avons croisé un cycliste par hasard sur la digue, et il nous a recommandé cet endroit, qui était encore bien loin (nous étions à pieds depuis la gare). Le cycliste semblait si enthousiaste dans sa description du menu que nous avons décidé de pousser jusqu'à là. Bien nous en a pris. Il y avait des bagels, des salades, des desserts, des entrées, le tout à choisir et à poser sur son plateau... Le tôlier est super sympathique, et le repas a été un véritable délice (pour les yeux et les papilles), pour tous, ados y compris. Beaucoup de plats sont proposés dans des bocaux, et les salades sont dans d'énormes bols en bambou (ou de petits saladiers, à vous de voir). Le restaurant dispose d'une terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur le port; il est connecté au petit Decathlon juste à côté.
