Erique, Madge and I normally avoid Irish bars like the Plague but made an exception tonight. None of the terrible faux Oirish scenary. Less than a year old as the current incarnation. The Landlady is a proper Irish lass with a warm welcome. The place got mobbed shortly after so stayed for a couple. Good Craic!!! Erique, like me used to sup Guinness by the gallon. We thought the first pint was thin, almost tinny in flavour. A sign of an "old, almost empty" barrel. Still got it says Erique. A new and fresh barrel was tapped.
