LES RONINS — Restaurant in Bonneville

2hours for a starter of soup and a sandwich and main courses of t-bone steaks.

Really poor service all round. Left without spoons for hot oven dishes of the Ratatouille and dauphinois. Waited another 5mins to get those. T-bones were both overcooked but to be honest I would be unsure if they were just left resting for too long and the bone being hot overcooked them, again may be due to the speed of service.

We tried to order dessert and were left waiting 20minutes. Eventually just decided to get the bill. Did not receive it; so we stood and waited at the counter to pay.

Ridiculous for the price which is very upsetting considering how tasty the food was when it eventually came. It could be good if they sorted out the service but would...

Arrivé à Praz pour passer un moment tranquille en couple, on veut manger simplement. Accueil lambda, on prend deux assiettes du trappeur (charcuterie). Je demande du beurre et du pain (pour de la charcuterie ça aurait manqué) , il arrive dans un ramequin. Pas de bol c'est du beurre doux, pas fana, j'en mange un peu et le reste repart avec nos assiettes pas totalement finies, c'est rare, mais la qualité n'était pas au rendez vous, charcut, pâté et fromage de barquettes. Bref. On avait la chance d'être à côté des cuisines, on entend donc la remarque désobligeante venant des cuisines sur le retour du beurre. On termine le repas et je leur glisse sympathiquement de faire plus discret car en salle on entend tout et que ce n'est pas tellement agréable pour la clientèle. Dis sur le ton du conseil. Sans plus. On se fait rattraper sur la terrasse par la patronne (je pensais qu'elle venait s'excuser pour les remarques de cuisine, naïf que je suis) qui nous balance qu'on devrait 'péter un coup', ça s'emporte, ou plutôt elle s'emporte toute seule en nous balançant qu'elle, elle va bien, ses enfants aussi (?) qu'elle est très bien valorisée sur trip advisor, fini par traiter ma femme de petae ou connae et propose d'appeler la police (pourquoi ? Pour nous avoir insulter ?). Bref, la grande classe. J'espère pour elle que ce n'était pas son jour mais globalement pourquoi des gens comme ça tiennent des ERP ?
