Amazing place for cheese tasting in Bordeaux! Doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that fool you. Very helpful/friendly staff and a very nice place. A sharing platter (cheese, cold cuts or mix) is priced at a very reasonable 10⏠and comes with a more than decent amount of nibbles (5 different cheeses, 3 cold cuts), including a bursting punnet of bread. We decided to go for a second platter and it came with 5 different cheeses. Wine prices start at 4-5âŹ/glass, and there is a good selection to chose from. The cheese counter is a cheese-lovers dream, such a huge selection of cheeses to get the appetite going, then a selection of wines by the glass to accompany. Not sure what to have? How about a selection board with 9 cheeses, charcuterie and bread. The burrata was (probably) the best Buratta we have ever enjoyed, served with truffle ham - it was simply divine. Owners are around thirty, very friendly, loving their job, they can give you very good advices if you want to try new wine (they regularly change a wine or two for some they tasted themselves). You can as well just buy some and go in your place, but you'll miss the soul of the area, the building is old, and most of the people are neighboors......
