I came here today to have a quick meal In Blanquefort as I had an appointment in Caulderon Merignac and I thought since Blanquefort the best location to eat as it was just out of the city I thought it was going quieter it wasn't. It was heaving with people. The staff who are waiting for the meals to be prepared don't help with customers at the counter who pay by cash. The place was filthy, I had to get a member of staff to clean my table before I could use it. The self-service machine was a little different normally I understand what it said but then it said in awfull grammar pay by cash without the number cone or pay by cash, take the number cone and wait at the table I chose the wrong button because it was difficult to understand. En effet je me rends depuis quelques mois dans ce Mac Donald oĂč il nây avait jamais grand monde mais oĂč le temps dâattente a toujours Ă©tĂ© long, mais jusque-lĂ rien de bien choquant. Aujourdâhui (1er juin 2025) nous avons passĂ© commande Ă 19h50 et nous avons vu quâil y avait beaucoup de monde donc je me suis doutĂ© quâon risquait dâattendre longtemps. A 21h10 (soit 1h20 aprĂšs avoir passĂ© commande) dâautres clients du Mac Donald qui attendaient depuis trĂšs longtemps aussi nous avertissent quâil y a eu un problĂšme avec les commandes et quâelles se sont toutes effacĂ©es. On nous dit que si on ne va pas au comptoir nous nâaurons jamais notre commande. Au comptoir nous avons attendu encore au moins 20 minutes avant quâon se charge de nous. On nous explique quâils ne savent pas encore combien de temps cela pouvait prendre et quâils prĂ©fĂ©raient nous rembourser. Jâai alors demandĂ© au manager pourquoi nâĂ©tait-il pas allĂ© dans la salle pour prĂ©venir les clients ⊠En effet des problĂšmes informatiques cela peut arriver, avoir du monde aussi, mais ne pas prĂ©venir les clients qui attendent depuis plus dâune heure. Le manager semblait incapable de gĂ©rer son Ă©quipe et ne faisait pas preuve de professionnalisme. De plus lâune des Ă©quipiĂšres Ă©taient particuliĂšrement dĂ©sagrĂ©able envers dâautres clients. Câest quand mĂȘme incroyable quâils nâaient pas Ă©tĂ© capable de faire preuve de bon sens en prĂ©venant les clients, câest la moindre des choses. RĂ©sultats des courses avec 2 heures dâattentes nous sommes reparti sans manger. JâespĂšre que dâautre personnes prĂ©sentent ce jour lĂ tĂ©moigneront de leur expĂ©rience.
