Pizza Cosy — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Looks like a delicious place, however very rude personnel working there. When we came it was 21:32 and they refused to serve us, because they were closing(Closing time is 22:30). However,there were only a few people and they just started to serve pizzas for them. Pizza takes 8 minutes to become ready and making dough ready should take half of it,since it was also prepared. I promised kindly that we will be eating fast. Still the answer was no! Actually one of the personnel was willing to serve for us however,blonde one tentatively refused it!

That kind of behaviour is unacceptable in such business with the customers,at least it can be done in a very kind way. We are not boarding for a flight and you are not closing the gates an hour before, we just wanted to...

Really good pizza especially the pizza dough. So perfectly textured and perfectly seasoned. We liked our margherita and very much enjoyed the cheese on it, the tomato sauce is a little more sour than I prefer but overall it is so good. We had the Baltic with the smoked salmon and creme fraiche which was pretty good, kinda like lox on bagels with cream cheese but lighter and Bette textured....

Je tenais à partager mon excellente expérience avec Pizza Cosy, même si, malheureusement, je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion de visiter le restaurant en personne. J'ai commandé à plusieurs reprises des pizzas et des desserts de ce lieu via uber eat, et je dois dire que c'est un véritable régal à chaque fois. Les pizzas sont tout simplement exceptionnelles avec des ingrédients de qualité.

En plus de leur cuisine délicieuse, le service client est remarquable. Chaque fois que j'ai appelé pour des renseignements divers, j'ai été accueilli au téléphone avec une grande gentillesse. Le personnel est toujours agréable, à l'écoute, attentif et chaleureux, ce qui ajoute une touche personnelle et appréciée à l'expérience globale.

Pizza Cosy mérite toutes les éloges qu'elle reçoit ainsi que leurs excellente notation. J'espère juste sincèrement pouvoir me rendre sur place un jour pour découvrir le lieu en personne. Bravo et merci pour votre...
