We bought a Boconcept sofa three years ago and have been so happy with it, it still looks like new, is easy to clean and maintain and we love the stylish design. We were also impressed by the service, so we decided to order some more furniture from the same store in Bordeaux. The service we received from Lucie today was so charming. She remembered us from a recent visit when we were just thinking about what we wanted. When we went in today to make our order Lucie spent lots of time helping us but not pressurizing us in any way. We felt we had the support and the time to make our choices and the whole experience was absolutely delightful. Read morePourquoi ai-je vécu la pire expérience client imaginable? Le fauteuil Imola possède un design vraiment exceptionnel qui m'attire depuis des années. En ayant vu un modèle d'exposition à -50% dans le magasin des quais à Bordeaux, je me décide à enfin franchir le pas;, bien conseillé par Etienne. Nous nous mettons d'accord pour mettre en place un financement en 10 fois sans frais et je fournis la veille tous les éléments nécessaires par mail. Je fais le trajet de 50km pour venir chercher ce fauteuil. Et là trois fois hélas le sus-nommé Etienne ne peut accéder au site de Sofinco pour mettre en place le financement. Il passe donc par le magasin de Bègles pour le finaliser en me demandant moults informations personnelles: situation familiale, situation professionnelle, revenus mensuels, etc… Au final il me sera demandé de laisser un acompte mais de laisser l'objet, également, l'objet qu'il était convenu que j'emporte. Pas d'autre solution proposée, aucun respect du client, aucune prise en compte du dérangement occasionné, je suis convaincu que lorsque l'on vent des produits à ces tarifs l'expérience client devrait être au niveau.
