RESTAURANT DAIFUKU — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Ordered via Deliveroo tonight and was extremely disappointed by the rice - old, dry, kind of crunchy, clearly not freshly made - the worst rice I’ve ever had. It ruined the entire experience (which would have otherwise been good by Bordeaux standards) because obviously rice is a fundamental building block of sushi. Unacceptable Daifuku…for your sake, please address this.

Unfortunately this is not an isolated experience in Bordeaux. Why do restaurants in this city have such a hard time achieving the basics of good sushi? I...
