FLUNCH BOULOGNE OUTREAU — Restaurant in Boulogne-sur-Mer

At the front of the restaurant, the cutlery was wrapped in a paper bag. Starters and desserts were displayed for seft service. In the warm vegetable island there were nice choices; such as ratatouille, rice in curry, green beans, potato purée, fried mixed peppers, fried, broccoli, pasta, .... There wasn't any gloves to handle the serving spoons but there was a hand sanitizer near by. The customers wore their face masks when moving around. Although I arrived at the food stand and presented my ticket before anyone else. The member of staff Decided to serve my husband and two other men before me. I had ordered a 'galette complete'. when I told her, I thought she'd forgotten about me she replied it was quick to prepare. When I was finally handed my galette ouvert. My husband was half way through his food and the cheese in the galette wasn't even melted and the disk was basically Luke warm. The service was pretty...

The bacon beef burger was alright but the chips made us all feel sick. The sorbet was delicious. The mousse for dessert was too rich for my liking however the tenders were delectable the toilets however were not up to scratch they were a bit manky. The couscous needed some more flavour. The ketchup machine was broken and I was squirted with a think layer of ketchup I was so shocked I couldnt move my feet i was frozen like a deer in headlights. I called the staff over but they ignored me I was helpless in my ketchup covered clothes stood in misery. I didn't know what to do. Obligée de laisser un avis très négatif alors que jusqu'à aujourd'hui, je n'avais jamais eu de mauvaise expérience chez Flunch Outreau, au contraire. Venue ce jour, 10/02/2025 a 11h30. Je me rends au "stand" steaks hachés pour passer commande. Une employée, dame âgée à lunettes était là en train de retourner de temps en temps les commandes d'autres clients et de faire des allers retours.. J'attends donc qu'elle me regarde pour pouvoir dire bonjour et passer commande, à mon tour... RIEN! Madame ne m'a jamais lancé un seul regard, et ne m'a clairement pas calculée! J'étais littéralement inexistante derrière le comptoir à attendre d'être servie à mon tour, a me demander si je n'étais pas invisible ou même un fantôme sait on jamais!! Elle ne m'a jamais calculée alors que j'étais là a attendre, que ce soit en regard ou en paroles alors que, par contre, avec les autres clients elle disait bien bonjour et papotait même avec eux! Se rendant compte que Madame ne me calculait pas du tout un Monsieur qui était également présent est venu à ma rencontre pour prendre ma commande, 5 minutes plus tard voire plus. Ce Monsieur, Lui, était d'ailleurs aimable et poli, merci à vous! Heureusement qu'il est venu parce que j'aurais fini par faire un scandale dans le restaurant! Comment peut on se comporter comme ça avec les clients? Après on dit toujours que c'est ces derniers le problème mais une expérience pareille franchement je m'en...
