La Réserve — Restaurant in Céret

lady working upstairs refused to let my son of 8 years old go to the toilet because that floor was just closed, while her own colleague send us there because the disgusting toilet downstairs didn’t had toiletpaper. Tried to explain but she refused to listen, got upset and gave my son disrespectful a serviette. Non of the other personele was bothered to get toiletpaper. Instead of taking care of things they just get upset because I didn’t except their unwilling behavior.

However the toilet that was open downstairs your dog wouldn’t want to use it. Classic example of “restaurant” owners that are to spoiled with tourists coming daily and are not bothered with customer...

Waitress at first was good, we tried to speak French she said it ok we speak English. Ordered our food thought we were ordering 19.90€ but turned out when the bill came we ordered the 33.00€. Menu confusing. All though we ordered the 33.00€ were not offered a dessert (which was in the price) nor were we offered a coffee. Very poor table service from the young man who served us as it was him who didn’t offer anything. Then when we paid the bill it was the lady who served us at first and she would only speak in French knowing we were English from the beginning. Wouldn’t come again. Also...

We ordered a seafood and chicken brochette and were then told they were not available. We ordered a beef brochette and an entrecote steak instead . The beef brochure was so tough and stringy it was virtually inedible, the entrecote steak was fatty and grisly and 50% inedible. To add insult to injury we then saw a late walk in group served a seafood brochette. They offered us an insulting discount of a credit for two pastis 7 euros on an inedible meal they charged 70 euros for. One of the waitresses apologised and said the kitchen...
