L’Antik — Restaurant in Céret

Well... We ordered the Vegan Poke Bowl - three people of us. All three of us were disappointed No Salat, the rice was cold and they only added some Soja Sauce to give at least a little taste. (But still disgusting) ALL of the Bowl was clearly taken out of cheap Cans. Absolutely NOTHING was fresh, not even the Salmon! I gave it a try, but nope, I couldn't eat it, and was also afraid of my health.

We tried to talk to the Manager to clear the disagreement but no chance! He didn't offer other food. And the end we got one of those disappointments for free - but even there he tried to charge mine with the salmon because it was more expensive - we refused to to pay and only payd the two without the salmon.

So all of us three were disappointed and still hungry afterwards.

I couldn't even rate this establishment no stars so one will have to do. To start off the staff were doing the absolute bare minimum and when the food came out it looked fairly mediocre. The children orders chicken nuggets and chips and the chips were something out of a discount freezer aisle, chips burned to a crisp and soaked in oil. The chicken nuggets were something worse than McDonald's. The staff had an awful attitude and I got the impression they were like I'm just here for the money and half effort everything. When we complained the waitress gave us new chips that were STILL burned and disgusting and a face on them like a bull. The food was simply awful, do not come here and waste your money. The restaurant looks nice however the live music was too loud and the food terrible.

Both my wife and I ordered the Entrecote steak. One medium and one medium rare. One arrived well done and tough as old boots. The other was cooked closer to blue and also tough as old boots. Not only were the steaks tough they were tasteless. I think the worst steak I have EVER eaten and without a doubt the worst food I've ever had in France.

The fries were good and the Roquefort sauce tasty and not overpowered with blue cheese. But overall not a place I would ever return to. Do not order steak from this restaurant!
