Bo Bun — Restaurant in Caen

I was a little disappointed, reading the reviews it said the best of Caen. It was good but not the best I’ve had. It was missing flavors to it, it was kind of plain. I had to add some sauce to it. And the portion were a bit small.

The owner is very nice and accommodating, we were staying not too far (300m) from the place and he delivered us himself. It was nice of him, didn’t have to go through the delivery apps and pay...

J’ai récemment dîné au restaurant Bo Bùn et ce fut une expérience culinaire absolument délicieuse et authentique. Les nems étaient incroyables, croustillants et pleins de saveur. Cela aurait été encore mieux avec un peu de salade et de menthe pour accompagner, mais ils étaient déjà excellents tels quels. Le rouleau de printemps, hyper léger et savoureux, était un vrai régal, d’une fraîcheur incomparable. Le bœuf aux oignons était tendre et parfaitement assaisonné, tout comme les nouilles, cuites à la perfection.

Le seul petit bémol, qui dépend vraiment des goûts de chacun, est que le porc au caramel avait un peu trop de citronnelle à mon goût. Mais cela n’enlève rien à la qualité globale du plat.

Le service était rapide et efficace, rendant l’expérience encore plus agréable. Bref, un sans-faute : je donne sans hésiter un 5/5 à Bo Bùn et je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous les amateurs de cuisine...
