We came to eat at the Santa Maria Restaurant recently with my italian friends for lunch. We found the place charming and cozy, and obviously with a good reputation, since we noticed people were willing to wait outside on the stairs of the church, to enjoy a drink while their table was being prepared.
The food was a success for everyone, we tasted quite some different dishes. The propositions "à la carte" like the Mi-cuit de Thon (Red Tuna) and the Stuffatu of veal (a corsican speciality) were very tasty and well presented in our plates and the Santa Maria Menu, well balanced in terms of quantities (starter, main dish, desert). Suela took good care of us, with such a smile and attention, we couldn't be more pleased from the service she offered to us!
I fully recommend this restaurant, and already want to come back!...
