Great food in a wonderful wee place. Had the salmon and gorgonzola salad. Amazing. Thick salmon and fab pastry. Followed by the lamb, which was really well done, with plenty veg, which I loved! Nous avons fait un détour par Castelnaudary afin de voir le canal et faire découvrir le cassoulet à nos ados, nous n’avons été déçus. En passant devant Le Bouchon Chaurien, nous avons remarqué des hommes en bleu de travail à table. Après un petit tour du centre-ville, nous y revenons car finalement une clientèle locale et une carte courte, c’est sans doute ce qu’il y a de mieux. Tout était délicieux, le menu du midi comme le cassoulet. Les assiettes sont jolies et originales.
