My family and I had the pleasure of dining at Le P’tit Moka. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, filled with diners happily enjoying lunch. So many in fact we had a short wait for a table.

Undoubtedly, we were there for the cassoulet. It did not disappoint—rich, well balanced, the perfect slightly crusted top. Our server was equally, responsible for our wonderful lunch. We took all of his recommendations and were rewarded with the most delicious baked Camembert, and after, small chocolate cakes with cream (a special treat from the chef for our young daughters).

The best cassoulet I've ever tasted! The steak haché was also absolutely delicious. And the best part of it all, the staff, they were adorable and fun. If we ever find ourselves back in Castelnaudary, we will repeat for sure! I'm going to be dreaming about that...
