Although the food was generally good, we didn’t like the service. We were one of the first tables, but our dishes came much later than people who arrived obviously later than us.

This felt disappointing, and selective attention. Price you pay is high so you expect more attentiveness.

They have some very tasty dishes (the beef tataki was outstanding) and the wine was also great. Hope this review will help to manage in order to have happy people who will come back next day. Because the quality of food is there.

So invest in more waiters, and make sure you help people who arrive firs.

Have not even eaten yet and already the bathroom is dirty, without toilet paper on the rack, the light turned off while peeing for 2 seconds. The waiter got the order wrong - they brought the wrong appetizer TWICE and the prices are much higher than the rating price listed in this search. It’s unfortunate because the atmosphere is very nice and the location is lovely. Hopefully, the food will taste good and be clean. *Update: the food is terrible. Location incantevole , ma... Una sola stella per il servizio davvero pessimo nel mio caso, poco attento.Dopo le prime portate abbiamo chiesto i dolci ma dopo 30 minuti nessuno si è presentato a prendere l'ordine. Mi sono alzato mi e mi sono recato in cassa chiedendo attenzione . Ho segnalato che era molto che aspettavo per il dolce e mi hanno rassicurato che sarebbero venuti subito ,ma nessuno si è presentato dopo ulteriori minuti di attesa. Decido di rinunciare al dolce e per il conto mi sono dovuto recare nuovamente alla cassa . A peggiorare la qualità del servizio, colpisce anche il fatto che i piatti sono appoggiarti direttamente sul tavolo. Avrei gradito una tovaglia (come buon gusto e igene suggerirebbero ) o senza esagerare almeno un individuale di stoffa o in ultima ipotesi di carta . I piatti sono ben presentati , ma nulla di nuovo , la tartare di carne di buona qualità ma nel sapore prevaleva una invadente salsa di basilico, che sovrastava ogni sapore . Il piatto di carne veniva accompagnata da patatine fritte molto cotte , intrise di olio . In sostanza un contorno di basso profilo rispetto al preteso standing del locale . Da ultimo scelgo una bottiglia di vino, ma successivamente mi rendo conto che su vari siti internet di vendita vini il suo valore è, al netto delle spese di spedizione , meno di 1/3 del prezzo applicato dal ristorante. E' chiaro ciascun gestore applica i prezzi che vuole ma..... Complessivamente esperienza poco piacevole , se il servizio fosse stato migliore credo avrei vissuto in maniera diversa questa cena.
