Der nächste Bäcker vom Campingplatz hatte für das Wochenende geschlossen. Über die Brücke auf in die Gemeinde und diesen wunderbaren Bäcker gefunden. Die Croissants waren sehr gut. Die ausgestellten Backwaren hätte ich alle mitnehmen können. Die Tarte abricot und Pommes sind phantastisch. Vielen Dank Bäckermeister!

Fournil du chateau is a wonderful little patisserie in Chinon and a must visit, even if you are just driving through. The regional specialities are a treat and the staff is very friendly. Minimum spend to pay by card is €7,but that shouldn't...

Voila une vraie boulangerie qui honore dignement le métier d'artisan boulanger avec tout son savoir faire. Les produits proposés sont excellents. Des spécialistes régionales dont pâtisserie/viennoiseries viennent compléter les gammes de pains (tradition au levain naturel et pains bio). Un véritable régal pour nos différents sens. L' accueil du client par les vendeuses se fait toujours avec le sourire. Elles prennent le temps d'expliquer les produits pour nous satisfaire au mieux. Je recommande donc vivement cette très bonne boulangerie. Qualité des produits et accueil sont bien présents....
