La Tarterie De L'orangerie — Restaurant in Cholet

A very warm welcome awaited us here from a lovely waitress. We had booked after popping in a few weeks back for a coffee. A cosy atmosphere on such a wet day. The tarts were amazing,the pastry was melt in your mouth delicious,a large portion as well. We had the formula and had dessert too. I had a superb chocolate bomb which had so many surprises inside,my husband had the trio of cheesecakes which he said were the best he had ever had!. A lovely café with a focus on interesting drinks, tarts and waffles. We had savoury tarts, a fruit tart from the display cabinet and a salted caramel waffle. The food was great, staff were very attentive and friendly. As it was a Wednesday evening, there was no-one else in apart from us, but I am sure it is buzzing at lunchtimes...

We had missed lunchtime and were desperately looking for a restaurant still serving. Luckily we found this lovely, casual restaurant and had delicious savoury tarts and waffles with beautiful salads. The service was polite and friendly, too. We highly recommend this...
