La Table du Patissier — Restaurant in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

Yesterday wanted to grab a coffee and a large bottle of sparking water with my good friend . Reluctantly went in because I know this place sucks but I was being invited. They did not have sparkling water so took some flat . My elderly neighbor wanted a decaf . No decaf the waitress replied ! Ok so add some water and we will take it . Five minutes , ten minutes , 15 minutes nothing . Since the coffee didn’t come we decided to pay and leave for the flat water . We came in to pay , no big deal let the waitress know forget about the coffee. She in turn verbally assaulted us ?? This takes the cake . YOU said you only wanted water ?? She was so rude and the owner behind the counter was ok with it . We just wanted to leave .

Don’t waste your money with this place crappy , rude incompetent service with mediocre food and this repeats itself Incompetence starts at the top and filters down . Thats the only truth with trickle down theory .

The only thing that is sure about this place is that the experience falls FLAT like the water . Only thing is you have to pay for it in more...

This is one of these touristic places that is lucky enough to have the location it has to attract people, but if it was down to their customer experience they wouldn't succeed in the same way.

We entered as it looked like an easy cafe/bar place for a quick lunch as it was raining. The experience was not good at all: we didn't want any heavy meal so we ordered a dish to share and we would get a dessert after. They wanted to charge us 9€ more for the dish just because we wanted to share. I find that really ruins the customer experience... also I saw other people were just there to drink coffee and have a cake. Then they told us they finished that plate we ordered (also no word of English, just French)... We then also decided to just have a cake each and the drinks and I must say the cakes were nice.

I wouldn't recommend it - for us it was just easy to stay as it was raining and we have the babies in the strollers otherwise I...

A fuir absolument !!!! Serveuse (gérante ?) dédaigneuse, absolument pas commerciale et antipathique au possible. Nous y sommes allés aujourd'hui (dimanche 13.02) à 11h50 pour y manger avec nos 3 jeunes enfants (dont un bébé). Le restaurant était vide, mais elle ne pouvait pas nous proposer de table car elles étaient toutes réservées (ce que nous pouvons comprendre vu le secteur fortement touristique). La dame nous propose d'aller faire un tour et de revenir à 13h (soit plus d'une heure plus tard) quand des tables se seront libérées ; elle prend notre nom et nous réserve donc une table pour 13h. Nous faisons patienter comme nous pouvons les enfants qui commençaient à avoir sérieusement faim jusqu'à l’heure fatidique. Nous revenons à 12h50 (55 le temps qu'on nous adresse la parole...). La même personne nous envoie sèchement promener en nous disant que nous sommes revenus trop tard et qu’elle a dû réattribuer la table qu’elle nous avait réservée (euh... vous nous avez dit 13h et nous sommes là à 12h50, où est le retard ??). Aucune excuse de sa part, elle nous pousse à la porte avec nos jeunes enfants affamés. Je vous remercie Madame, car, grâce à votre attitude irrespectueuse, à votre mauvaise foi et à votre apât du gain, nos enfants se sont nourris ce midi d'une bretzel rassie grignotée à 14h sur un banc public...!!!! Eh oui, allez trouver un restaurant qui accueille 5 personnes sans réservation à 13h15-30 à Kaysersberg un dimanche ensoleillé...!!

Édit du 16.02.2022 : En plus de ne pas être commerçant, ce restaurateur se montre intimidant et malhonnête... Il s’est vengé de mon avis négatif (relevant d'une situation réellement vécue dans son restaurant) en postant un avis négatif sur mon cabinet d'orthophonie qu'il n’a jamais fréquenté... manque de bol pour lui, mon cabinet est encore en travaux et n’ouvre que dans 2 mois... je laisse le reste du job à Google qui n’aura pas de mal à faire le lien puisqu'il s’est mis 5 étoiles à son restaurant sous le même nom (faut vraiment être...
