Incredible food! Will be full every seating so must reserve ahead. Best food in the city but honestly one of the most impressive even after a tour through Provence eating at many places. I’m of two minds as to leave a review but the place is probably perfect as it is, already full, and doesn’t need any attention from tourists. A key sign this place is going to be great is that it seems full only of other French people. other places in town have higher reviews but are less impressive, and usually full of us tourists… The reception may be less warm than Americans like we expect, but it is completely unimportant, and considering the quality of the cuisine. A small 2-person restaurant that feels homely and cozy with quality food. Located in the heart of town. Our table was in front of the preparation area and it was fascinating to watch the chef juggling the preparation of all the dishes. One waitress served the entire restaurant with impressive skill. We've been traveling through France for 64 days and this is one of the best restaurants we've dined in. We stopped for lunch. The escargot was hot, flavorful and tender. I had the fish of the day which was sea bass. It came with a crispy skin and green, moist and tender fish. My husband had the pork which was tender and flavorful. Really outstanding meal!
