"Just two guys making art." That's what the first reviewer said and it instantly piqued my interest. Even with only one other review, there was something about how the food and experience was described that it was worth checking out. And wow! We were so glad we did. The artistry was not simply in the presentation, but most definitely in the taste as well. The dishes are based on local, seasonal availability, and the creations are fresh, unique, and delicious. Every dish, wine, and espresso origins were described to us -- it was delightful to know what we were consuming. I ordered an extra appetizer (tataki beef). It took around 1 hour for it to be served, then more 30 minutes for the first official starter on the menu. The other dishes were served quickly after that. What shocked me a little bit that I order a glass of red wine after a glass white and it was served in my used white wine glass. Overall I would recommend the restaurant for the Asian-French...
