Just enjoyed a wonderful meal on the terrace at Tamarind Capbreton - a new Thai restaurant with pretty views of the water and sunset. I stayed with the classics, chicken satay starter and beef curry main (I know - I really should experiment more!), whilst my companion plumped for the fish. Great vegetarian options here, they can make it extra spicy for the ones who like it. A bit on the pricey side compared with other more simple Thai places but this one is just beautiful. We ordered the sauteed chipirons, cabillaud, matcha and coconut milk flan. All very good, but the best one was the mango salad with tempura! They can adjust the spice level (Thai spicy, not French spicy 🙂). Wonderful service too....
