Disappointment across the board – except for the pizza.
The negative experience began with the phone reservation: the staff member came across as arrogant and uninterested – a first impression that unfortunately proved accurate upon arrival. The service was simply unacceptable: inattentive, disinterested, and completely lacking in hospitality.
The only redeeming factor: the pizza was truly excellent – flavorful and well-made. But that's where the praise ends.
The pasta and gnocchi, on the other hand, were a joke: overcooked, bland, and absolutely not worth the €22 price tag. A culinary disappointment, to say the least.
Even the location, which could have been charming by the canal, is ruined by cheap, wobbly plastic chairs and harsh, cold lighting. There's no atmosphere – just the sterile vibe of a canteen.

This experience left us feeling ignored, unwelcome, and frankly, discriminated against.
A real shame we had heard the food...

After ordering several antipasti accompanied by wines and beers — amounting to well over €200 — we were openly reprimanded and humiliated simply because we did not order a “main course.”
The situation became even more insulting when we wished to order desserts, only to be told we were not allowed to unless we first ordered main courses.
Such behavior is unprofessional, unwelcoming, and entirely unacceptable. What should have been an enjoyable evening was turned into an uncomfortable and embarrassing spectacle.
A restaurant that insults its paying customers in this way does not deserve a second chance. I will...
